Will there be assigned booth spaces?
Yes, we will email you with a space/booth map prior to the event.

Is there access to electrical outlets?
Yes, if requested in the vendor registration form.

Is childcare provided to vendors?
Yes, if requested, we can assist with vendor childcare needs.

When is vendor set-up?
Vendor set up is on Friday 9/26 4:30-6:00 p.m. and on Saturday 9/27 8:00-9:30 a.m.

What is the registration fee for a vendor booth?
$125 for each 6' space, $25 for each mini-workshop

What is the admission fee for non-vendors (guests)?
$10 per person over age 12

How much is the vendor cancellation fee?
There is a nonrefundable $50 fee, which is include in the vendor registration fee.

Where is the designated parking during the event?
There is parking available in the parking lot at 536 Ouray Ave. and throughout the surrounding neighborhood along Ouray Ave., Chipeta Ave., 4th St., and 5th St.

Absolutely! We welcome children of all ages as long as they are supervised.

What is the charge of each mini-workshop?
All mini-workshops are included in the $10 admission fee. The workshops are first come first serve. Follow our email and online promotions for the workshop registration link.

How do I register for a mini-workshop?
The workshops are first come first serve, follow our email and online promotions for the workshop registration link. There will be day-of sign up sheets for remaining spots.

Do I need a to sign a waiver to participate in a mini-workshop? Yes, the waivers will be available at online registration and at the event at the mini-workshop sign up table.
