The UUCGV Cooking Group is the longest-running group within the church, having been started in early 2000 as the Men’s Cooking Group. The group is now fully gender-inclusive and is a monthly gathering for adults to experience the joys of cooking together, sharing meals, exploring new cuisines and styles, sampling adult beverages, and having no other agenda. We meet on
the third Thursday of each month, with two meetings per quarter in our members homes, and one meeting at the church for the convenience of members who want to host, but not have a crowd in their home.
